Since October 2005 access to the Parliament Building for visitors has been from the front, directly behind the statue of Pallas Athene. The newly designed, modern Visitor Centre has been installed inside the ramp and is freely accessible to all visitors. It is the starting point of guided tours of the Parliament Building and Palais Epstein and has a souvenir shop and a small café. More
Media Stations
Interactive media stations and video clips provide information on the work and responsibilities of the Austrian Parliament. Visitors may take a virtual tour of the interior and test their knowledge by doing various quizzes. The media stations are freely accessible during the opening hours of the Visitor Centre. More
