The Science Award
Side by side with the Democracy Award, the Foundation offers a Science Award, which is also accorded every two years. It amounts – depending on the current financial situation of the Foundation - to a total of € 15,000, which may be split between up to three winners. The award ceremony takes place in Parliament. It was first awarded in 2005.
Science Award 2013
The Margaretha Lupac Foundation is pleased to offer its fifth Science Award. It honours a scientist’s life achievements, a scientific publication, or a completed and evaluated doctoral thesis.
The award amounts to a total of € 15,000.- and may be split up between up to three winners.
Deadline for submissions was the 28th of February 2013.
