„In accordance with Article XVI paragraph 2 of the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora, the Republic of Austria declares not to be bound by the relevant provision of the Convention in respect of the following species listed in Appendix III to the Convention:

Mustela altaica

Mustela erminea ferghanae

Mustela kathiah

Mustela sibirica

Vulpes vulpes griffithi

Vulpes vulpes montana

Vulpes vulpes pusilla“
