The reception hall with its richly adorned ceiling, the smoking room, the ladies’ boudoir – the sumptuously appointed rooms of the bel étage conjure up the past of the banker’s family. A small exhibition contains heart-rending finds from the time of the Second World War and the occupation years discovered when the building was restored.

The Parliamentary Administration reserves the right to cancel tours on short notice if parliamentary business so requires.

Tickets for guided tours are free.

Meeting point for the guided tours of the Palais Epstein is "Infopoint Bau.Stelle" in front of the historic Parliament Building on the Ringstrasse. You can collect your tickets at the following locations of the new DemocracyQuarter:
- Infopoint Bau.Stelle
- Infopoint Platz.Mit.Bestimmung
- Visitors’ Entrance Josefsplatz
