Guided Tours | Hofburg
Individual visitors taking part in public guided tours do not require any prior appointment.
We kindly ask you to collect the tickets in due time before the beginning of the guided tour.
Guided tours of the Hofburg
Public guided tours through the Hofburg from 15th April 2019 - 20th April 2019
The main entrance on Josefsplatz is open during the Easter holidays from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 17:00 (last admission at 16:30).
Please note that on the following days there will be no guided tours in the parliament in the Hofburg: 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st of December and 1st and 6th of January 2019.

The Parliamentary Administration reserves the right to cancel tours on short notice if parliamentary business requires so.
Languages: German and English, in addition guided tours are offered in Italian, French and Spanish, depending on the availability of the tour-guides.
Duration: approx. 55 minutes
Tickets for guided tours through the Austrian Parliament at the Hofburg are free.
Meeting point for the guided tours is the visitors' entrance at the Josefsplatz. You can collect your tickets at the following locations of the new DemocracyQuarter:

General information regarding guided tours can also be obtained 24hrs via the automatic call center outside our office hours. If you should request a call-back please leave your name and phone number on the answering machine.
From Monday to Saturday (except for public holidays) tours for groups of visitors can be organised by prior arrangement throughout the year.
Specific dates and times will be offered subject to availability of staff and capacity utilisation. Please make your bookings approximately four weeks in advance. The minimum number of participants is ten, prior arrangement is essential.
