Reservation of the Republic of Austria according to Article 25, paragraph 1

The Republic of Austria declares, in accordance with Article 25, paragraph 1, of the Convention for the Protection of the Architectural Heritage of Europe, that it reserves the right not to comply in whole with the provisions of Article 4, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph d). The reservation made at the time of signature in respect of Article 4, paragraph 2, sub-paragraph c) is withdrawn.

Vorbehalt der Republik Österreich nach Artikel 25 Absatz 1

Die Republik Österreich erklärt gemäß Artikel 25 Absatz 1 des Übereinkommens zum Schutz des architektonischen Erbes Europas, dass sie sich das Recht vorbehält, sich den Bestimmungen von Artikel 4 Ziffer 2 lit. d) gänzlich nicht zu unterwerfen. Der anlässlich der Unterzeichnung angebrachte Vorbehalt zu Artikel 4 Ziffer 2 lit. c) wird zurückgezogen.
