A: Enger Freund von Aliev und Kontaktmann zu seinem Freund, den ich jetzt unten getroffen habe und alle seine E-Mails mithabe.

Weiters am 11.1.

Pollack und Ender unterhalten sich über ein Interview von Derbas, in dem dieser Vorwürfe gegen Aliyev erhob.

P: Und langsam sollten sie da relativ schnell vielleicht gegenreagieren. Übrigens erwähnt er in dem Interview auch namentlich „N.N.“. Da ist ein Part drinnen, wo ein Videomitschnitt ist von der Konferenz und da erwähnt er ihn.

E: Den Gerhard? Den vom BKA?

P: Ja.

E: Nein Wahnsinn. Nein wundern tut es mich nicht.

P: Als korrupten Polizeibeamten, der teilweise als Vertreter der Staatsanwaltschaft und so weiter aufgetreten ist.

Weiters schreibt „N.N.“ bereits am 1. Oktober 2007 an den ehemaligen Geschäftspartner von‚ Rakhat Aliyev folgendes E-Mail:

At first good morning also to you. I hope you had a nice weekend and don´t worry to much about the past, what happend. As I promised you i´ll try my best to clarify all the subjects and the accusation against you. But to give you a full support from our judicial and police measures I´ll need all details about the arrest and the suspicion from Kazakstan side. Could you send to me all the papers about the case because the more information I had the more I can do for you, when I send the requests to the different countries for a statement.
