The annual Day of Parliamentary Research brings researchers from different disciplines to the Austrian Parliament and promotes exchange with parliamentary practice. The event features the presentation and discussion of the latest research and connects research and parliamentary practice.

"Research Year in Parliament"

The "Research Year in Parliament" is awarded annually and supports a research project on a topic relevant to Parliament. Researchers from all academic disciplines are invited to submit their ideas. From all submissions, the Scientific Advisory Board, consisting of four renowned researchers of different disciplines and the Deputy Secretary General of the Austrian Parliament, selects one particularly innovative and excellent project.

Digital Bibliography of Parliamentary Research

In close cooperation, the Legal, Legislative, and Research Services (RLW) of the Parliamentary Administration and the Parliamentary Library provide a bibliography of publications in the field of parliamentary research. As part of the library’s search portal it is publicly available to everyone.
