Day of Parliamentary Research

Each year, the Parliamentary Administration invites academics from various disciplines to present and discuss their latest research on topics relevant to Parliament. The Legal, Legislative, and Research Services (RLW) of the Parliamentary Administration organises the annual event. The Day of Parliamentary Research provides a platform for current developments in the field of Parliamentary Research, encourages dialogue between academics and practitioners, and supports young researchers. One highlight of each year's Day of Parliamentary Research is the announcement of the newly awarded "Research Year in Parliament" as well as the presentation of preliminary results of the ongoing research project.

The next Day of Parliamentary Research is scheduled for June 2027. The exact date and further information will be published here once they have been confirmed.
