Mitteilung der Kommission an das Europäische Parlament und den Rat über die Sicherheit des Erdöltransports zur See zusammen mit folgenden Vorschlägen: - Vorschlag für eine Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur Änderung der Richtlinie 95/21/EG des Rates vom 19. Juni 1995 zur Durchsetzung internationaler Normen für die Schiffssicherheit, die Verhütung von Verschmutzung und die Lebens- und Arbeitsbedingungen an Bord von Schiffen, die Gemeinschaftshäfen anlaufen und in Hoheitsgewässern der Mitgliedstaaten fahren (Hafenstaatkontrolle) - Vorschlag für eine Richtlinie des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur Änderung der Richtlinie 94/57/EG des Rates über gemeinsame Vorschriften und Normen für Schiffsüberprüfungs- und -besichtigungsorganisationen und die einschlägigen Maßnahmen der Seebehörden - Vorschlag für eine Verordnung des Europäischen Parlaments und des Rates zur beschleunigten Einführung von Doppelhüllen oder gleichwertigen Konstruktionsanforderungen für Einhüllen-Öltankschiffe
