Open House Day 2024

Parliament was open again to all interested guests on 26 October 2024. For expedited access, there was the option to book a time slot for the guided tour. The guided tour of the Open Door Day took visitors through the newly created areas of the Demokratikum - Experience Parliament and Plenarium, where the glass roof and the Democracy Workshop can be viewed. After visiting the meeting rooms of the National Council, the Federal Council and the Federal Assembly, visitors could individually explore the Columned Hall, the Reception Salon and the meeting rooms of the parliamentary committees, which are otherwise not open to the public. There, visitors could also exchange ideas with the Presidents of the National and Federal Council and with the representatives of the Parliamentary Groups.
